John E. Thomas - Lead Pastor
John was born and raised in a small farming community in northwest Ohio and met his wife of eleven years, Dawna, in Phoenix, AZ where she was born and raised. Both John and Dawna came out of the drug culture and were radically saved and delivered over 11 years ago. Soon after, they heard the call of God to be church planters and pastors, and we now see the fulfillment of that call.
After spending 2 years with Streams Ministries in New Hampshire, where they were trained and equipped for the call of God on their lives, they assisted John's mentor, John Paul Jackson, in planting a Bridge Church in Massachusetts. In 2006 they were ordained by John Paul Jackson, founder of Streams Ministries and the Association of Bridge Churches, and commissioned to pastor the Metrowest Bridge Christian Fellowship in Natick, Massachusetts.
John is the Senior Pastor of The BRiDGE Metrowest and founder of Life Empowerment. Life Empowerment is the teaching and equipping ministry of John Thomas and The BRiDGE Metrowest which operates as a training center for the Streams Institute for Spiritual Development. John has a God-breathed love for His bride and truly desires to see her rise up into the full maturity available to her in Christ. This desire impassions his teaching and ministry. This desire drives him to seek true unity among God's people as we build bridges of understanding and cooperation at every opportunity while providing the path and instruction to lead everyone in the body of Christ into the operation of the miraculous power of the King!

Paul David Guidry - Worship Pastor
Paul David Guidry is a pastor and worship leader at The BRiDGE Metrowest and has a mandate to connect the spirit of man with the heart of God. His prophetic intercession during worship opens up a window that allows you to touch the face of God.
Paul and his wife Deborah reside in Uxbridge with their son Ryley. Paul is an accomplished musician and vocalist and has performed throughout the United States and the world until heeding the call as a worshipper. He has a heart to take ground for the Kingdom through prophetic, intercessory, and evangelistic worship. He longs to impart the faith for every believer to change the atmosphere around them through a lifestyle of worship - ushering in the Lord's presence everywhere they go.
